One thing we have control over is the amount of pressure deer perceive from our presence. Deer tolerate a limited amount of human sights, sounds and smells. Cross the threshold and they go nocturnal or abandon our property.
Its a simple exercise to determine if your stand location is spooking deer, and if you would like to see a sample of how it works for your hunting land, fill out our ‘build a map’ feature including 1 deer stand pin, the wind directions you hunt while in that stand, and the access and exit paths you take going to and from that stand.
